The following Measure has been rescinded, Algiers point is now open to all traffic

 

Due to Reduced Visibility in the vicinity of Algiers Point MM94.5 AHP, the Mississippi River at Algiers Point is closed to all traffic.  For updates on conditions in this area, contact Vessel Traffic Service Lower Mississippi River on VHF FM Ch-12 or at (504)365-2230
