VTS LMR[-29Dec24 -2220 -MISSISSIPPI RIVER CLOSER MM120-123 -RIVER RE-OPENED
U.S. Coast Guard sent this bulletin at 12/30/2024 12:05 AM EST
The Mississippi river from MM120 to MM123 is now open to all traffic. Be advised the Tug Vessel Patrick J Studdert sank in the approximate vicinity of MM122.4, approximately 600 feet off the RDB and in approximately 90 feet of water. Use caution while transiting in the area and report any changes to VTS LMR on channel 12 or at 504-365-2514.
