A. U.S. Coast Guard Regulations 1992, COMDTINST M5000.3B
1. On December 06, 2024, the President signed a Proclamation titled
"National Pearl Harbor Remembrance Day" directing that flags be
lowered to half-staff for the entire day tomorrow December 7th.
2. The national ensign shall be flown at half-mast on all U.S. Coast
Guard buildings, grounds, and vessels not underway from sunrise to
sunset on 07 December 2024.
3. Internet release is authorized.
