1. Commander, CG Personnel Service Center (CG PSC) has approved the final
report of the 2024 Reserve Master Chief Advancement Panel (RMCAP) that
convened on 16 October 2024. The list of eligible Senior Chiefs below is
effective 1 January 2025 through 16 December 2025. The following Senior
Chiefs, listed in order of merit, are recommended and eligible for
advancement to Master Chief:

2. This list of eligible Senior Chiefs above will not be republished as
personnel advance, lose eligibility, or are removed from advancement
consideration. Commanding Officers and Officers in Charge shall notify the
Coast Guard Pay and Personnel Center (ADV) and CG PSC-RPM when a member's
eligibility changes, including withdrawal of advancement recommendation.
Notifications should be made through CG PPC's Customer Care Branch using
the methods found on their website: https://www.dcms.uscg.mil/ppc/ccb/
