1. This message announces the results of the FY 2025 Reserve Senior Education
and Fellowship Program Panel, which convened 10 September 2024. The results
listed below are separated into primary and alternate candidates selected
for each course reviewed by the Panel.

4. The Panel reviewed 22 candidate applications for JCWS-H and 66 candidate
applications for RCNSC.
5. Primary selectees will be contacted by the Program Manager with their course
convene date and the timeline for a response. Alternate selectees will be
notified by the Program Manager in the event a quota becomes available.
Alternates should be ready in the event additional course vacancies open or
a primary selectee is unavailable to attend. Each selectee can expect a
pre-reporting package from the school approximately six to eight weeks
before course convening.
6. Selectee Information.
 a. Orders: Selectees not on active duty at the time of course convening
    must use ADT-AT orders to attend courses. Selectees on ADOS, INCONUS
    Title 10 orders, or on EAD at the time of course convening should
    contact CG-R82 to discuss travel order funding. RCMs' travel will be
    funded by CG-R82. Selectees on OCONUS Title 10 orders or Title 14 orders
    at the time of course convening are not eligible to attend.
 b. Selectees shall confirm their intention to attend once contacted by the
    Program Manager with their course convene date. Response e-mails must
    include the course name and assigned convene date in the subject line.
    Failure to respond to the Program Manager will result in reassignment
    of the course quota.
 c. Each selectee must be in compliance with REF A and ensure their body
    composition screening data is recorded in Direct Access.
7. Command Information. Commands shall notify selectees immediately due to
the requirements listed above. Commands shall inform the Reserve SEFP
Program Manager if selectees withdraw or become ineligible for attendance
so quotas may be reassigned.
8. Those not selected for in-resident courses are encouraged to apply for the
Naval War College, College of Distance Education web-enabled program.
