Coast Guard, California State University Long Beach Sign Memorandum of Agreement

LONG BEACH, Calif. — The Coast Guard and California State University Long Beach (CSULB) signed an updated memorandum of agreement (MOA) Thursday to continue the College Student Pre-Commissioning Initiative (CSPI) scholarship program at CSLUB campus.
