INSTRUCTION
A. Natural Resources Management, COMDTINST 5090.3A
1. This ALCOAST announces the promulgation of (A). REF (A) applies
to all Coast Guard personnel, tenants, and contractors.
2. Major updates to REF (A) include: definitions of key terms,
updates for current legal requirements, and defined roles and
responsibilities.
