JUNEAU, Alaska — The U.S. Coast Guard located a Russian Federation Vishnya-class naval vessel Monday
Coast Guard Cutter Alex Haley (WMEC 39) detected and followed a Russian Federation Vishnya-class naval vessel Monday south of the Aleutian Islands, Alaska.
