SUBJ: RESERVE COMPONENT MANAGER (RCM) ASSIGNMENT YEAR 2025 (AY25)-
PRELIMINARY SHOPPING LIST RELEASE AND COMMAND CONCERNS
A. ALCGRSV 021/24, AY25 RCM OFFICER ASSIGNMENTS KICK OFF TIMELINES,
COMMUNICATIONS, AND OUTREACH
1. The RCM AY25 Officer Assignment season is underway. This message
describes issues of interest and details critical to AY25 command
requirements. While this information is primarily of
interest to command cadre, it also includes important information
for the RCM corps, their supervisors, and supplements the
information contained in REF A.
2. The preliminary RCM (O-6 and below) AY25 shopping
list is available via (copy & paste onto browser):

3. All RCM-coded positions detailed with the
positions anticipated to rotate in AY25 are highlighted in yellow on
the upper portion of the spreadsheet.
4. Request commands and staffs ensure the AY25 shopping list is
accurate. Command concerns must be submitted NLT 31 July 2024
using the following instructions:
A. The email address to submit RCM AY25 Command Concerns is
HQS-DG-CGPSC-RPM-RPCC@uscg.mil.
B. The subject line of the email should read "RCM AY25 Command
Concerns."
C. Do not attach a spreadsheet to the email.
D. The body of the email needs to be formatted by listing the RCM and
position number, followed by the Command Concerns. Multiple RCM
positions are encouraged to be in one email.
E. Although this message is soliciting for AY25 Command Concerns,
Commands may provide PSC-RPM with relevant information pertaining to
any RCM-coded position.
5. The only acceptable format for RCM AY25 Command Concerns will be
via email. Memorandums or other means of communication will not be
accepted.
6. Reminder, Command Concerns submitted to PSC-RPM, represents
the concerns and interests of the respective Commanding Officers,
Chiefs of Staff, and/or Heads of Directorates.
7. RCMs anticipating an AY25 assignment rotation are encouraged to
pay close attention to update messages throughout the
assignment season.
