1. PSC-EPM-2 is soliciting for candidates to fill the following Intelligence
Specialist E7 positions:

2. IAW ref (B), Phase 1 Candidates are defined as members who are below
the currently published cut line with their stratified list on the current,
active advancement eligibility list.
3. Report date 01 AUG 2024.
4. Interested candidates shall notify their Commands of their intent and submit
one PCS eResume in Direct Access NLT COB 31 MAY 2024. No endorsement is
required for this position.
5. A2P may be used to fill these positions if a candidate meets the criteria
in ref (B). If a qualified E6 is selected, the member will advance
to E7 IAW ref (B), if all other advancement requirements are met and the
advancement recommendation is maintained.
6. E7s in receipt of PCS orders may not apply for this position. E7s desiring
to fill the above position who are not tour complete are eligible to apply and
will have priority over those E6s who do apply. However, these members must
receive a command endorsement addressing backfill requirements. Commands
should be aware that immediate backfills are not available and will incur a
gap at their unit until AY25.
7. As a reminder, candidates should ensure their Official Military Personnel
File (OMPF) is complete and accurate (e.g. CG-4082, CG-3307s, awards, academic
transcripts). Members can view their OMPF by logging onto iPERMS:
htps://iperms.mymilrecord.uscg.mil/login/. If updates to the OMPF are needed,
members can work with their local Personnel & Admin office. Members are also
encouraged to review their ESS in CGBI.
