1. PSC-EPM-2 is soliciting for candidates to fill the following
E-6 position:

SK1 00038928 BASE KET SM PURCH DIV KETCHIKAN, AK
2. IAW Ref (B), Phase 1 Candidates are defined as members who are
below the currently published cut line with their stratified list
on the current, active advancement eligibility list.
3. Report date OOA 01 JUL 2024.
4. Interested candidates shall submit one PCS E-Resume in Direct
Access NLT COB 25 APR 2024. Commands shall address all required
endorsements, including overseas screening comments as per
references (A) and (C).
5. E6s in receipt of PCS orders may not apply to these positions.
E6s desiring to fill the above positions who are not tour complete
are eligible to apply and will have priority over those E5s who do
apply. However, these members must receive a command endorsement
addressing backfill requirements. Commands should be aware that
immediate backfills are not available and will incur a gap at their
unit until AY25.
6. A2P may be used to fill this position if a candidate meets the
criteria in ref (B). If a qualified E5 is selected, the member will
advance to E6 IAW Ref (B), if all other advancement requirements
are met and the advancement recommendation is maintained.
7. As a reminder, candidates should ensure their Official Military
Personnel File (OMPF) is complete and accurate (e.g. CG-4082,
CG-3307s, awards, academic transcripts). Members can view their
OMPF by logging onto iPERMS: iPERMS RMA (uscg.mil). If updates to
the OMPF are needed, members can work with their local Personnel &
Admin office. Members are also encouraged to review their ESS in
CGBI.
