1. This message updates deadlines announced in refs (a-b) to provide 
members and commands an extension in consideration of the recent Direct 
Access scheduled outage. Please note only the below deadlines have shifted. 
All other deadlines as prescribed in ref (b) and the relevant messages 
included on the Postgraduate/Advanced Education SharePoint site referenced 
in paragraph 2 remain in effect.

b. Waiver Submission Deadline via DA "My Panel Submission": 22 May 2024

c. Initial Applicant List Posted to SharePoint: OOA 24 May 2024.
