1. PSC-EPM-2 is soliciting for candidates to fill the following OS1 position:

OS1 00029313 SEC GUAM CMD CENTER OPS UNIT SANTA RITA, GU
2. IAW reference (B), Phase 3 candidates are defined as members who are
marked "Recommended" and "Ready" on their most recent Enlisted
Employee Review and meet all time in grade and time in service
requirements for the following year's SWE. Assignments will be made in
accordance with references (A) and (B).
3. Report date OOA 01 JUL 2024.
4. Interested candidates shall submit one PCS eResume in Direct Access
using the position number listed above NLT COB 10 APR 2024. Commands
shall include all necessary endorsements as required by reference (C).
5. E6s in receipt of PCS orders may not apply for this position. E6s
desiring to fill the above position who are not tour complete are eligible
to apply and will have priority over those E5s who do apply. However, these
members must receive a command endorsement addressing backfill
requirements. Commands should be aware that immediate backfills are
not available and will incur a gap at their unit until AY25.
6. Members applying for this A2P solicitation shall notify their XO or the
first E7 in their chain of command of their intention to compete for this
assignment prior to the eResume submission deadline listed in paragraph 4.
7. A2P may be used to fill these positions if a candidate meets the criteria
IAW reference (B). If a qualified E5 is selected, the member will advance
to E6 IAW reference (B) if all other advancement requirements are met
and the advancement recommendation is maintained.
8. As a reminder, candidates should ensure their Official Military
Personnel File (OMPF) is complete and accurate (e.g. CG-4082,
CG-3307s, awards, academic transcripts). Members can view their OMPF
by logging onto iPERMS: iPERMS RMA (uscg.mil). If updates to the OMPF
are needed, members can work with their local Personnel & Admin office.
Members are also encouraged to review their
ESS in CGBI.
