A. ALCGPSC 020-24 AY24 COMMAND SENIOR ENLISTED LEADER ASSIGNMENTS (GOLD/SILVER
BADGE)
1. I am pleased to announce the assignment of the following personnel to Reserve
Component (RC) Command Silver Badge positions:
a. Command Master Chief (Silver)
MCPO Matthew J. Harkins             RC BASE ALAMEDA
MCPO Georgina Smith                 RC SECTOR MIAMI BEACH
b. Command Senior Chief (Silver)
SCPO Eric Gadbois                   RC SECTOR LAKE MICHIGAN
SCPO Noah Katka                     RC SECTOR PUGET SOUND
SCPO Nicole Mallory                 RC SECTOR COLUMBIA RIVER
2. Waivers. All Reserve members requiring a 30 year Time in Service waiver will
be automatically authorized to coincide with the tour completion date of their
respective Silver Badge assignment.
3. Thank you to the commands who encouraged and supported this endeavor, and
to the Master Chief and Senior Chief Petty Officers, for their willingness to
serve in these critical leadership positions.
