SUBJ: COMMAND TRANSPARENCY TOOLKIT (ITERATION 1)
A. Commandant's Directed Actions-Accountability and
Transparency, dtd 27NOV23
1. This ALCOAST announces the release of the Sexual Assault
Prevention and Response Command Transparency Toolkit that
fulfills one of the Commandant's Directed Action items contained
in REF (A).
2. The toolkit provides resources to commands for having
conversations with groups and individual members within their
command about Sexual Assault Prevention Response and Recovery
(SAPRR) and climate incidents. The toolkit organizes information
into three categories, based on the Command's needs: (1) command
responsibility; (2) how and when to talk to a group about SAPRR;
(3) how and when to talk to a victim. It also contains additional
links, videos, and resources for commands to use as part of the
ongoing effort to strengthen our service culture.
3. The Command Transparency Toolkit is available on the CG-1K4
