1. PSC-EPM-2 is soliciting for a candidate to fill the following Avionics Electrical
Technician E-6 position:

2. IAW Ref (B), Phase 1 Candidates are defined as members who are below
the currently published cut line with their stratified list on the
current, active advancement eligibility list.
3. Report date OOA 01 JUL 2024.
4. Interested candidates shall submit one PCS E-Resume in Direct
Access NLT COB 28 MAR 2024. A Direct Access command endorsement is
required for OCONUS positions as per references (A) and (C).
5. Members applying for this A2P solicitation shall notify their
XO or the first E-7 in their chain of command of their
intention to compete for this assignment prior to the eResume
submission deadline listed in paragraph 4.
6. A2P may be used to fill this position if a candidate meets the criteria
in ref (B). If a qualified E5 is selected, the member will advance
to E6 IAW Ref (B), if all other advancement requirements
are met and the advancement recommendation is maintained.
7. As a reminder, candidates should ensure their Official Military
Personnel File (OMPF) is complete and accurate (e.g. CG-4082,
CG-3307s, awards, academic transcripts). Members can view their OMPF
by logging onto iPERMS: htps://iperms.mymilrecord.uscg.mil/login/. If
updates to the OMPF are needed, members can work with their local
Personnel & Admin office. Members are also encouraged to review their
ESS in CGBI.
