1. PSC-EPM-2 is soliciting for candidates to fill the following EM2 position:

3. Interested candidates shall submit a PCS eResume in Direct Access NLT
COB 28 MAR 2024. A Direct Access command endorsement for independent
duty is required as per reference (A).
4. Members on the supplemental advancement list for advancement to EM2,
in a billet to paygrade mismatch, or who are double encumbered in their
current position will be considered primary candidates.
5. Members currently serving in independent duty positions will not be
considered. Members currently in receipt of AY24 orders will not be
considered.
6. As a reminder, candidates should ensure their Official Military Personnel
File (OMPF) is complete and accurate (e.g. CG-4082, CG-3307s, awards,
academic transcripts). Members can view their OMPF by logging onto
iPERMS: iPERMS RMA (uscg.mil). If updates to the OMPF are needed,
members can work with their local Personnel & Admin office. Members
are also encouraged to review their ESS in CGBI.
7. Commands shall address any backfill requirements. Commands should be
advised that immediate backfills are not always available and requirements
for one will be factored into candidate selection.
