A GREEN BUOY 9 (FL G 4S) HAS BEEN REPORTED ADRIFT IN THE
GULF OF MEXICO IN THE SABINE PASS SAFETY FAIRWAY, IN
APPROXIMATE POSITION 29-23-30.12N 093-38-52.14W. THE BUOY IS
REPORTEDLY DRIFTING WEST. MARINERS ARE URGED TO USE EXTREME CAUTION IN THE AREA AND REPORT ANY SIGHTINGS TO THE U.S. COAST GUARD.
