1. PSC-EPM-2 is soliciting for a candidate to fill the following
Operations Specialist E8 position:

2. IAW Ref (B), Phase 3 Candidates are defined as members who are
marked "Recommended" and "Ready" on their most recent Enlisted Employee
Review and meet all time in grade and time in service requirements for
the following years's SWE. Waivers will be considered and reviewed.
Assignments will be made in accordance with Ref (A).
3. Report date OOA 01 JUL 2024.
4. Interested candidates shall submit one PCS E-Resume in Direct
Access NLT COB 21 FEB 2024. Waivers shall be submitted to ISS2
John Rangel at John.P.Rangel@uscg.mil.
5. A2P may be used to fill this position if a candidate meets the criteria
IAW ref (B). If a qualified E7 is selected, the member will advance
to E8 IAW Ref (B) if all other advancement requirements
are met and the advancement recommendation is maintained.
6. As a reminder, candidates should ensure their Official Military
Personnel File (OMPF) is complete and accurate (e.g. CG-4082,
CG-3307s, awards, academic transcripts). Members can view their OMPF
by logging onto iPERMS: htps://iperms.mymilrecord.uscg.mil/login/. If
updates to the OMPF are needed, members can work with their local
Personnel & Admin office. Members are also encouraged to review their
ESS in CGBI.
