SUBJ: CHAPLAIN CORPS 248TH ANNIVERSARY
1. For 99 years Navy Chaplains have provided care for the
United States Coast Guard workforce. As tireless advocates for
the spiritual readiness of our people, they have helped prepare
Sentinels to enter the storm time and again.
2. The rigors of Coast Guard service demand that our people be ready
in body, mind, and spirit.
3. Today, we wish a happy 248th birthday to those who care for the
spirit. Happy Birthday, Navy Chaplains!
