SUBJ: HALF-MASTING OF NATIONAL ENSIGN - 25 NOV 2023 TO 29 NOV 2023
A. United States Coast Guard Regulations 1992, COMDTINST M5000.3B
1. As directed by the President of the United States, and IAW
REF (A), the National Ensign shall be flown at half-mast from sunrise
on Saturday, 25 NOV 2023 until sunset on Wednesday, 29 NOV 2023, in
honor of former First Lady Rosalynn Carter.
2. The National Ensign shall be flown at half-mast on all Coast
Guard buildings, grounds, and vessels not underway.
3. Internet release is authorized.
