D. Maximum Recruiting Effort HTRP Guide
1. In support of the Commandant's commitment to enhance our
recruiting efforts as outlined in REFs (A) and (B), the Hometown
Recruiting Program (HTRP) expansion of REF (C) will be continued
for an additional year.
2. Active Duty members who would like to participate and have
command approval will submit an HTRP application in order to
receive Coast Guard Recruiting Command approval prior to
their command issuing permissive orders. Applications and
detailed HTRP information, including REF (D), can be found at:
