1. The AY24 official shopping list is now uploaded into Direct Access.
In accordance with references (a) through (g), there have been several
changes made to it since the release of the AY24 unofficial shopping list.
These necessary changes were made to facilitate the execution of new
operational concepts while prioritizing our lifesaving missions and
protection of the Marine Transportation System. Commands who notice
discrepancies on the official shopping list should email or call the
respective Assignment Officer for further discussion. Commanding Officers
and Officers in Charge (OIC) have been notified if their unit has been
impacted by the Force Alignment Infinitive.
2. A comprehensive list of all eResume deadlines can be found at the
link below:
Assignments Branch (EPM-2) (sharepoint-mil.us)
All Assignment Officers will promulgate additional rating specific information
on their Sharepoint and TEAMs pages. Commands who will be underway, with
limited or no connectivity and may not be able to meet these deadlines are
strongly encouraged to contact the respective Assignment Officers for further
guidance. The OIC, Executive Petty Officer and Engineering Petty Officer
screening panels will be reconvened for those members who were adversely
impacted by unit and billet reductions. All members who previously asked
to screen do not need to resubmit their application but do need to meet
eResume deadlines as posted in the link above. Members who were rendered
tour complete early who meet the requirements of each respective Command
Cadre position should have received an email with guidance from their
respective Assignment Officer. If you believe you meet the requirements
but have not been contact, please contact your Assignment Officer as soon
as possible.
