1. The AY24 unofficial shopping list is now uploaded into Direct Access. In accordance with
references (a) through (e), there will continue to be changes to this list as the Service
evaluates new operational concepts while prioritizing our lifesaving missions and protection of
the Maritime Transportation System. This list will remain fluid during the month of October
and EPM expects there to be a continued reduction of billets prior to the official shopping
list being released on 01 November. Commands who notice discrepancies on the unofficial shopping
list should email or call the respective assignment officer for further discussion. Members
who may become impacted by further billet reductions will be contacted SEPCOR.
2. The timelines cited in reference (b) will remain in effect. All Assignment Officers
will promulgate rating specific timelines on their Sharepoint and TEAMs pages prior to the
publication of the official shopping list.

4. The EPM-2 AO Sharepoint Site is the central location for news and information within each rating.

All enlisted members should frequently visit relevant pages for current information. Additionally,
members are highly encouraged to subscribe to notifications from their rating assignment officer's
Sharepoint Site and contact their AOs with any questions.
