A. U.S. Coast Guard Regulations 1992, COMDTINST M5000.3B
1. As directed by the President of the United States, the National
Ensign shall be flown at half-mast on Monday, 11 September 2023,
from sunrise to sunset, in honor of Patriot Day.
2. The National Ensign shall be flown at half-mast on all
Coast Guard buildings, grounds, and vessels not underway.
3. Internet release is authorized.
