SUBJ: INDEPENDENT DUTY CRITICAL FILL SOLICITATION - IT2 - CGC RELIANCE
A. Military Assignments and Authorized Absences, COMDTINST M1000.8A (series)
1. PSC-EPM-2 is soliciting candidates for the following independent
duty position:

2. Report date OOA 15 OCT 2023.
3. This solicitation is open to members tour complete in AY24 and AY25.
4. Individuals who are currently in receipt of AY23 orders will
not be considered.
5. Interested candidates should submit an E-resume in Direct
Access NLT COB 31 AUG 2023 using the position listed above ensuring
it is forwarded to the unit command for endorsement. Commands shall
address any backfill requirements and specify a required reporting
date. Commands should be advised that immediate backfills are not
always available and requirements for one will be factored into
final candidate selection.
6. If there are no volunteers, all IT2s will be considered.
7. As a reminder, candidates should ensure their Official Military Personnel
File (OMPF) is complete and accurate (e.g. CG‐4082, CG‐3307s, awards,
academic transcripts). Members can view their OMPF by logging onto iPERMS:
https://iperms.mymilrecord.uscg.mil/login/. If updates to the OMPF are
needed, members can work with their local Personnel & Admin office.
