MEDIA AVAILABILITY: Fourth New England-based Fast Response Cutter to be commissioned in Portland

The Coast Guard Cutter John Patterson (WPC-1153) is scheduled to be commissioned during a ceremony Thursday at 10 a.m. Media interested in attending the ship’s commissioning ceremony are requested to RSVP with d1publicaffairs@uscg.mil no later than 4 p.m. Wednesday, August 9. Media are requested to arrive by 9:30 a.m. to clear security and be escorted to the event, and must provide media credentials and government-issued photo ID.
