ASSIGNMENTS REQUIRING EARLY E-RESUME SUBMISSION
1. AY24 has many exciting special assignment opportunities for O5
and below officers. For details, including respective AOs and
descriptions of duties visit the AY24 Shopping List on the OPM-2
Portal page at:

The positions listed require early identification of candidates to
accomplish necessary background investigations and interviews. All
positions require outstanding records of performance, exemplary
military bearing, and superb communications skills.
2.Interested candidates need to submit an e-resume by 14 July 2023
via Direct Access. For any candidates who are not tour complete in
AY24, your e-resume must include a command endorsement that
specifically includes an endorsement for you to short tour
and any backfill requirement.
3. Any future AY24 e-resume submissions need to include previously
requested special assignments ranked in the order of preference
among member's total billet choice.
4. Units or Reserve Officers experiencing connectivity issues and/or
are unable to access the shopping list via CG Portal should request
a copy for further dissemination by command cadre by contacting
YN3 Selena Alicea at Selena.L.Alicea@uscg.mil.
