SUBJ: OFF-SEASON SOLICITATION FOR O3 CGA GOVERNMENT INSTRUCTOR
1. The below AY23 LT position is being solicited for any O3 Active Duty, Reserve, or officers
eligible for Retired Recall:
a. LT, Instructor-Government, CGA DEPT OF GOVERNMENT, New London, CT

b. Applicants must at a minimum hold a Master's level degree which is broadly applicable to the
study of government and policy.
2. Visit the AY23 Shopping List on the OPM-2 SharePoint site for details. Positions can be

3. Interested active duty, reserve, or retired officers should submit an e-resume by COB 14 July
2023 and email the respective Detailer listed on the shopping list. Members applying should
anticipate a report date of August 2023 if selected. A command endorsement is required for any
short-tour request. Command endorsement must address unit's backfill requirements.
4. Any members who are unable to access the shopping list via SharePoint should request a copy
for further dissemination by command cadre by contacting YN3 Selena Alicea at
Selena.L.Alicea@uscg.mil.
