U.S. Coast Guard personnel participate in Balikatan 23

PUERTO PRINCESA, Philippines — U.S. Coast Guard Maritime Security Response Team West (MSRT West) personnel recently participated in Balikatan 23, a multi-week annual combined-joint military exercise between the Philippines and the United States that concluded April 28.
