1. This ALCOAST cancels REF (A). OPM has cancelled Cohort 22 of the
President's Management Council (PMC) Interagency Rotation Program,
which was supposed to be held from October 2023 through March 2024.
No applications are being accepted while OPM evaluates the current
state of the program. Upon completion of the evaluation period, OPM
will collaborate with participating agencies on how to structure the
program moving forward.
