1. PSC-EPM-2 is soliciting for the following SK critical vacancy:

2. Selected member will have a report date OOA 01 SEP 2023.
3. Interested SK1's or SK2's above the cut for SK1 should
submit an e-Resume with a command endorsement IAW reference (A),
including backfill requirements NLT 26 May 2023.
4. Members and Commands should review COMDTINST M1000.8A, Chapter
1.C.16 for requirements.
5. If there are no volunteers, all members in a billet-to-paygrade
mismatch or those above the cut for SK1 but did not receive orders
in Assignment Year 2023 will be considered.
6. As a reminder, candidates should ensure their EI-PDR is complete and
accurate (e.g. CG-4082, CG-3307s, awards, and academic transcripts).

signed CG memo via e-mail to ARL-PF-CGPSC-MR_CustomerService@uscg.mil.
Members are also encouraged to review their ESS in CGBI. The ESS
provides a consolidated view of their information as it appears in
Direct Access. This serves as a means for every Coast Guard member to
