1. PSC-EPM-2 is soliciting for candidates to fill general duty E8 positions
under the AY23 A2P Beta Test per ref (B). The list of positions
is on the ET Assignment Officers' Teams Page and Sharepoint site.

2. Report date OOA 01 JUL 2023.
3. Interested candidates shall submit one PCS E-Resume in Direct
Access NLT COB 21MAR23.
4. Candidates must meet the criteria in ref (B) to apply. If a qualified
E7 is selected, the member will advance to E8, on the December 2023 EPAA,
if all other advancement requirements are met and the advancement recommendation
is maintained.
5. As a reminder, candidates should ensure their Official Military
Personnel File (OMPF) is complete and accurate (e.g. CG-4082,
CG-3307s, awards, academic transcripts). Members can view their OMPF
by logging onto iPERMS: https://iperms.mymilrecord.uscg.mil/login/. If
updates to the OMPF are needed, members can work with their local
Personnel & Admin office.
6. Commands are reminded A2P is being used in lieu of the third SWE
revision. If you have a member that is interested in applying for any
of the A2P positions, the billet your member is filling will be shopped on the
ETC A2P message and all efforts will be made to fill the position in AY23.
