USCG/USPHS/NOAA Retiree Community: For those awaiting receipt of 2022 1099R/W-2s from the CG Pay & Personnel Center (PPC), please attempt to access/upload your tax forms through your CG Direct Access (DA) Self-Service account, accessible at: https://www.dcms.uscg.mil/ppc/ras/gp/ Please also check your mailing address listed in DA and update as needed. Mailing addresses for more than 1,000 retirees have been found to be incorrect.
If you encounter problems accessing your DA Self-Service account, want to inquire as to mailing of your paper 1099R/W2, and/or are experiencing other issues regarding PPC, please notify PPC by e-mail to ppc-dg-customercare@uscg.mil , copy Robert.C.Hinds@uscg.mil , CG Retiree Services Program Manager.
