1. IAW Ref A, Commander, CG Personnel Service Center approved the report of the
Active Duty Command Senior Enlisted Leader (CSEL) Screening Panel reconvened
virtually on 21 Feb 2023. The following members listed alphabetically were found to
be fully qualified and recommended for assignment to Active Duty Silver Badge CSEL
positions for AY23:

2. Successful screening does not guarantee a Silver Badge assignment. The needs of
the Service will guide actual assignments and selectees released from rate will be
assigned IAW Refs B and C, where their experience best serves the Coast Guard. The
Special Assignment Officer will contact sucessfully screened candidates for E-Resume
selections.
3. The Precept which convened this Panel and charged the Panel members with their
duties is available on the PSC-EPM-1 Panel website at

the proceedings of the Screening Panel, including its deliberations and criteria for
selection, cannot be disclosed to any person who was not a member of the Panel,
Panel members do have valuable information that can be shared regarding the general
selection process and its fairness and equity.
