OFFICER INTERVENTION

1. This ALCOAST announces changes to REF (A).
2. Changes to REF (A) include:
a. Paragraph 2.c.(1) is replaced with: "Serving in pay grades
LT/O3 (not on continuation orders) or LCDR/O4 (not above zone for
CDR/O5) at the time of bonus agreement submission."
b. Paragraph 3.b. is replaced with: "BONUS AGREEMENT SUBMISSION
DATE: For management, assignment, and oversight purposes, Bonus
Agreements must be signed by the officer's Commanding Officer no
later than 30 Dec 2022 and submitted to COMDT (CG-751) Program POC
listed below with PSC-OPM-2 POCs copied by 13 Jan 2023. Extension
of the application deadline will not normally be allowed. Officers
with exceptional circumstances may request a waiver for submission
of their agreements past the due date from COMDT (CG-133) thru
COMDT (CG-751) and PSC-OPM-2."
3. All other provisions of REF (A) remain in effect.
4. Questions regarding this ALCOAST may be directed to COMDT
(CG-133) at HQS-PolicyandStandards@uscg.mil.
5. COs shall bring the contents of this ALCOAST to the attention of
all personnel.
6. This message will be cancelled on 06 Dec 2023.
