A. Coast Guard Enlisted Person of the Year (EPOY) Program,
COMDTINST 1650.36D
1. This ALCOAST announces an immediate change to REF (A).
2. REF (A) provides the process for nominating members for the
EPOY Program. The procedures for nomination are updated to no
longer require photos in the nomination package. Paragraph 7.a.3
is hereby deleted from REF (A).
3. This change will be incorporated into the next revision of
REF (A), which will be released within the next year.
4. This message will be cancelled on 29 NOV 2023.
5. The POC for the Enlisted Person of the Year Program is
MECS Stephen Siraco, COMDT (CG-00B) at 202-372-4530 or
Stephen.P.Siraco@uscg.mil.
6. MCPOCG Heath B. Jones, Master Chief Petty Officer of
the Coast Guard (CG-00B), sends.
