ALCGPSC 148/22 SUBJ: AY23 RESERVE SENIOR COMMAND SCREENING PANEL (RSCSP) RESULTS A. ALCGRSV 056/22 1. The results of the RSCSP announced in REF A have been approved. The following officers, listed by rank and alphabetically, have been found to be the best qualified among those eligible for assignment as a commanding officer in AY23. Actual assignments will be made by the reserve senior officer assignment panels, which are scheduled to convene the week of 27 February 2023. a. To meet service needs, screening Panels always select more officers than the number of available positions. Officers should understand that screening does not guarantee assignment to command. As always, needs of the service will guide actual assignments and officers screened may rotate into other important, non-command billets where their experience will best serve the needs of the Coast Guard. 3.
