1. PSC-EPM-2 is soliciting for the following EPO positions:

2. Selected members will have a report date OOA 01 JUL 2023.
3. Interested EPO candidates shall ensure they receive the appropriate
command endorsement and meet the requirements of section 1.C.7 from
reference A or have successfully screened for EPO in Assignment Year (AY)
2023. Only members rotating in AY23 or AY24 will be considered for
these positions.
4. Individuals who are currently in receipt of EPO or AY23 PCS orders
will not be considered.
5. Afloat EPO: E-8 and E-7 EMs or MKs that meet eligibility requirements
for afloat positions in accordance with references A and C are
encouraged to apply.
6. Interested candidates shall submit a PCS E-Resume in Direct Access
using the position numbers listed above NLT COB 16 NOV 2022. Requested
EPO positions should be listed above any general duty positions on the
E-Resume. Commands shall address all required endorsements including
overseas screening comments as per references A and B when required.
7. As a reminder candidates should ensure their EI-PDR is complete
and accurate (e.g. CG-4082, CG-3307s, awards, and academic transcripts).
Members can request a copy of their official record by submitting a
digitally signed e-mail request to
HQS-SMB-CGPSC-MR-CustomerService@uscg.mil. Members are also encouraged
to review their ESS in CGBI. The ESS provides a consolidated view of
their information as it appears in Direct Access. This serves as a means
for every Coast Guard member to review their personal data and to ensure
the information is up to date and accurate.
