6. The precept which convened this Panel and charged the Panel members with

of the Screening Panel, including its deliberations and criteria for selection
cannot be disclosed to any person who was not a member of the Panel. However,
Panel members have valuable information that can be shared regarding the
general selection process and its fairness and equity.
