1. This ALCGENL provides amplifying information regarding the 2023 SECB.
2. SECB candidate criteria can be found in Ref (a).
3. CG PSC-EPM has updated the list of 2023 SECB candidates with corrections
provided by commands. The updated list can be found at https://cglink.uscg.mil
/15b6a5fa.
a. Commands and SECB candidates shall ensure accuracy of the updated list and
inform EPM-1 of any discrepancies by 25 October 2022.
b. CG PSC-EPM serves as the sole authority for exempting members from SECB. No
member will be deemed exempt from SECB until commands receive confirmation from
CG PSC-EPM-1 that an exemption request is approved.
