1. I am pleased to announce the selection of Rear Admiral
Michael J. Johnston as the next Superintendent of the Coast
Guard Academy.
2. Rear Admiral Johnston currently serves as Commander,
Ninth Coast Guard District, and will assume his new role in AY23.
