1. Effective immediately, the RMP minimum hour requirements in
REF (A) is adjusted to align with REF (B). As originally updated
via REF (C), the RMP requirements are changed to the following:
a. RMPs without pay must be a minimum of two hours in duration
and not more than one RMP will be performed by an individual in one
calendar day; and,
b. RMPs for pay will not be less than four hours in duration and
not more than one paid RMP will be performed by an individual in one
calendar day.
2. These changes will be incorporated into the next revision of
REF (A) in chapter 2, paragraph A.2.c.(4).(d), which will be
released within the next year.
3. This message will be cancelled on 15 SEP 2023.
