1. This message provides updated information and resources for
Coast Guard Transfer Year (TY) 2022 PCS Assist Team. While the
information provided in this message will be of particular interest
to those transferring in TY22, it also includes critical support
availability to commands, supervisors, and SPO/ADMIN divisions
to assist their members in planning, preparing for, and executing
PCS orders. Communications will continue to be a key factor in the
overall success of the transfer season. Director of Operational
Logistics (DOL) will continue to use all available communication
methods to provide updated guidance through the TY, including MyCG
utilization.
2. Major Updates.
    a. Contact Information. All customer service requests to the
PCS Assist Team should be directed to Phone: 844-727-2022 or
Email: PCSAssist@uscg.mil.
    b. Dates and Hours of Operation. The PCS Assist Team will operate
from 04 April 2022 - 30 September 2022. The office will be
available from 0700-1900 Eastern Time Monday-Friday. For
exceptionally emergent needs after hours, contact information is
available via the phone number outlined in paragraph 2.a.
    c. PCS Float Plan. Those required to complete a Float Plan for
TY22 must submit completed/signed document to PCSAssist@uscg.mil.
