1. COMDT (CG-OEM) conducted a comprehensive review of all ICS PQS
workbooks and determined immediate updates were needed prior to
final revisions. This ACN announces updates to REFs (A) through (H).
2. The 2014 and 2019 PQS listed as REFs (A) through (H) are updated
as follows:
   a. REF (A) is updated by removing the requirement for DIVS
qualification; removing course requirements of ICS-339 and ICS-430;
and changing AOPS/Assistant AOPS to CG Aviator (CG-AVI10) or be
previously qualified as a CG Aircraft Commander, or hold
qualification as a CG Auxiliary Aircraft Commander.
   b. REF (B) is updated by removing the requirement for OSC3
qualification and course requirement of ICS-430.
   c. REF (C) is updated by removing the course requirement of
ICS-430 and adjusting requirement to Certified Investigations
Officer (IO), Intelligence Professional Competency (INTEL001), or
qualified/certified CGIS agent.
   d. REFs (D) and (E) are updated by removing the course
requirement of ICS-351 for FACL3 and PROC3.
   e. REFs (C), (F), and (G) are updated by adjusting the
requirement to Certified IO, Intelligence Professional Competency
(INTEL001),or qualified/certified CGIS agent.
   f. REF (H) is updated by approving the FEMA Independent Study
course IS-29 for retired/inactive FEMA course IS-702.
   g. REF (D) is updated by removing the requirement of "hold a CG
purchase card and $25K Contracting Officer's warrant" for PROC3.
   h. REF (D) is updated by removing the requirement of "be a CG
purchase card holder" for SPUL3.
3. These changes will be incorporated into the next revisions of
REFs (A) through (H), which will be released within the next
calendar year.
4. REFs (A) through (H) are posted on the ICS Coordinators CGPortal:
