2. Members should understand screening does not guarantee
assignment to command. As always, the needs of the Service will
guide actual assignments, and members screened may rotate into
other important non-command billets where their experience will
best serve the Coast Guard.
3. Members who appear on this list may update e-resumes
accordingly for command positions through 19 September 2021.
Members who screened and are not on this list, should submit
updated e-resumes for general duty BOSN assignments NLT 22
September 2021.
4. The Precept which convened this Panel, and charged the members
with their duties along with other pertinent CWOCSP info, is

5. The proceedings of a Screening Panel, including its
deliberations and criteria for selection, cannot be disclosed to
any person who was not a member of the Panel. Questions
