B. Coast Guard Reserve Policy Board, COMDTINST 5725.1 (series)
1. This ALCOAST solicits for policy issue submissions to be
considered by the 2022 Coast Guard Reserve Policy Board (CG RPB).
The CG RPB is mandated by REF (A), and is an important forum to
ensure strategic-level matters affecting the Reserve Component are
brought to the awareness of the highest levels of the Service.
2. Policy issues must be submitted using Enclosure (1) of REF (B)
to the CG RPB at: reservepolicy@uscg.mil. Only suggestions
regarding strategic-level policy or initiatives, items that have
significant organizational impact, or issues that may cross
organizational boundaries should be submitted. REF (B) can be
found at:

The CG RPB is open to receive submissions throughout the year.
3. In accordance with REF (B), oncoming members of the CG RPB will
convene during the first quarter of Calendar Year 2022 to discuss
the procedures and precepts that will guide Board recommendations
for the upcoming year and address any topics that are submitted by
that date.
