1. REF (B) is hereby cancelled and replaced with this message.
2. As directed by the President of the United States, the
national ensign shall be flown at half-mast from Friday
September 10 to sunset on Friday September 10 in honor of
Border Patrol Agent Chad E. McBroom.
3. The national ensign shall be flown at half-mast on all U.S.
Coast Guard buildings, grounds, and vessels not underway.
4. If normally flown, the Department of Homeland Security flag
shall also be flown at half-mast for the same duration.
5. Internet release is authorized.
