NON-APPROPRIATED FUND EMPLOYEE OF THE YEAR (NAF EOY) AWARD
SELECTIONS
1. It is my distinct pleasure to announce the following recipients
of the 2020 CEOY and NAF EOY Awards.
   a. Ms. Rose M. Neel, CEOY, GS-14, COMDT (CG-111);  
   b. Mr. Lee Plowden, CEOY, GS-15, COMDT (CG-44);
   c. Ms. Kathleen S. Moore, CEOY, GS-13, LANT-3;
   d. Mr. Alan R. Tubbs, CEOY, GS-13, PAC-3;
   e. Mr. Birchard W. Kelly, CEOY, GS-09, DOL/Base Seattle;
   f. Mr. Travis J. Tangert, CEOY, WG-05, CG YARD;
   g. Ms. Hope Thompson, NAF EOY Senior, NF-5, CG Community
Services Command;

2. The diligence and extraordinary work ethic of our highly skilled
civilian employees greatly contributed to the accomplishments of
the Coast Guard's operational mission readiness.
3. I would also like to recognize several honorary mention nominees
for CEOY and NAF EOY. Their noteworthy contributions demonstrate
Honor, Respect and Devotion to Duty.
   a. Mr. Edward Gibbons, GS-15, Aviation Logistics Command;
   b. Mr. Steven E. Feldscher, GS-12, CG District 13;
   c. Mr. Patrick K. Milligan, WG-9, CG District 9, Sector Sault
Sainte Marie;
   d. Mr. Brian Arthur, NF-4, CG Community Services Command,
Sector Cape Cod; and
   e. Mr. Morgan Siegel, NF-3, CG Community Services Command.
4. I thank all the commands that submitted nominations to
recognize their outstanding civilian employees. All nominated
have my heartfelt gratitude for their tremendous efforts and
commitment to mission success.
5. Coast Guard leadership will recognize the 2020 CEOY and NAF
EOY selectees at a ceremony at CG Headquarters 29 September 2021
at 1000.
