1. In parity with REF A, this message authorizes LAMS waivers for Reservists eligible
for the October 2021 RSWE cycle via a PPC trouble ticket using the waiver template at
https://cg.portal.uscg.mil/units/ppc/Shared Documents/ADV/LAMS Waiver Guidance.pdf.
Command endorsed waivers will be approved due to continued impact to training
opportunities. LAMS waiver request must be made before the 01 September 2021 PDE
correction deadline. LAMS Waivers are specific to each RSWE cycle and any member
previously issued a LAMS waiver must re-submit a new request.
2. All guidance contained in REFs B through D remain unchanged.
